Kelly is fantastic. After speaking with her on the phone and in person I knew that she was the right realtor for us. She has great people skills and communicates very well. From the very beginning Kelly was very responsive and communicative. Being a First Time Buyer, I was substantially unaware about a lot of processes and terms, but Kelly was always patient and willing to explain the processes and work through them with me. Kelly took the time to answer my questions on weekdays or weekends. At 5:00 a.m. or at 9:00 p.m. I chose to buy a home in an extreme sellers market (not the best idea), and Kelly quickly showed me a good amount of houses in a span of a week. Kelly was able to negotiate a near asking price for my home in this market.
